Terms & Conditions:

1.     The event is organized by AFFILIA Ltd at VIP Commercial Centre, Flacq.

2.     The organizer is the sole party able to allocate space and display in regards to the visual display of the event. Initial Floor Plan may change gradually as per clients booking.

3.     The admission is reserved for any physical person, private or public enterprise, NGO's linked with the target of AFFILIA Ltd.

4.     The validation of an exhibitor/participant is confirmed only when they receive a signed certificate by AFFILIA Ltd.

5.     A signed certificate is delivered only when the exhibitor/participant has submitted their Participation Form and paid the full amount upon signing this agreement.

6.     The organizer has the right to accept or decline any application form.

7.     An exhibitor/participant who, for any reason beyond their control, cannot take part in the event will have no right to a refund (unless prior negotiation with the organizer, but not less than one (1) month before the event).

8.     Any cancellation within one (1) months prior to the event, for any reason, is not entitled to any refund.

9.     For installation and setup, exhibitors/participants can occupy space from 25th of September 2024 and must vacate the premises with all equipment by 30th of September 2024.

10. In the case of 'Force Majeure', which is beyond the control of the organizer and leads to the cancellation of the event, the exhibitor/participant will receive a refund in equity after all running payments in due course and discharge the organizer from any legal prosecution.

11. The organizer holds the 'Copyright' of all photos & videos taken during the event and may use them for any promotional campaign on any platform, without limitations.

12. The organizer will provide 24-hour security during the event. However, the exhibitor/participant is solely responsible for their products and materials at their stand. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor/participant to subscribe to any insurance for the event, thereby discharging all responsibilities of theft or damage from the organizer.

13. All exhibitors/participants shall conduct themselves with good behaviour during the event. Misconduct may lead to the cancellation of participation or police intervention.

14. These rules and regulations are fair for both parties. Signing this document signifies consent to abide by the rules and regulations. In case of any dispute, all parties have the responsibility to seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, only the court of Mauritius and the laws in force in Mauritius can resolve the dispute.

PAYMENTS:

 

-        Reservation will only be valid with a receipt of an order form.

-        Payment must be made in cash, bank transfer or cheque.
